These terms apply when you pay for a plan with Querencia.

What we do, and what we don't
We plan trips.
Prices and payment
Our fee is a flat fee for planning.
Tips are always voluntary.
What you get, and when
- Before you pay: one real day of your own trip, free.
- Planner: your full plan within 5 days of payment.
- Concierge: your first draft within 48 hours of payment.
If we need something from you to go on, the clock pauses until we have it.
Cancellation and refunds
- Within 24 hours of paying: we refund the full fee.
- After that, until we deliver the full plan: we refund half the fee.
- Once the full plan is delivered: no refund.
- Concierge.
- Extras.
If we cancel, you get the full fee back.

If you live in the EU, your local law may give you a 14-day right to withdraw.
When your plans change
Tell us as early as you can.
Prices of hotels and other providers
A price in your plan is a guide, not an offer.
Your part
Please give us accurate details.
Our liability
Our liability is limited to the fee you paid us.

These terms are governed by Swiss law.
