Tell us what to change and we rework it. Your plan follows everything you told us, and Compass includes two revision rounds to fine-tune it; Signature has no limit. Further rounds on Compass are available as an extra. And on Compass you see one real day of your trip before paying anything, so you know what you are getting.
That is fine. Nothing is booked until you say so, and on Compass you book everything yourself anyway. The plan is yours to keep and use whenever you like. If you stop after the free day, you pay nothing.

A percentage quietly rewards whoever finds you the more expensive place to stay. A flat fee does not. We are paid the same whether your trip costs 800 or 8.000, so we have no reason to push you toward anything but what fits.
You get a confirmation straight away. Within 48 hours we send the price for your trip and one real day of it, free, or ask what is missing. Once you say yes, the full plan follows within 5 days. Need it sooner? Express delivery gets you the full plan within 48 hours of your go-ahead.
On Signature you have a direct line to Querencia while you travel, and we sort it out with the provider. On every plan you get the contact for each place and the local emergency numbers for every stop. On Compass you can still write to us and we help where we can. We also recommend travel insurance for every trip.
Tell us as early as you can. If nothing is booked yet, we rework the plan for the new dates, and a small shift usually fits within your revision rounds. On Signature we contact every provider to move what is already booked. What each provider allows depends on their own terms, which is why we flag every non-refundable rate before you choose it.
Yes, and we say so. When we or a past client have stayed somewhere, the plan tells you. Everywhere else, you get the research behind every pick: which sources we checked, which prices are verified, and what is still an estimate.
No. For a race, a match or a festival we tell you how far ahead to buy, where the official sale is, and how to make the most of the day: when to arrive, where to stand, how to get back. Then we build the rest of the trip around the date.
No. We recommend it for every trip and point you to good options, but you take it out yourself, so you choose the cover that fits you.
